Shipping policy

DELIVERY AND SHIPPING INFORMATION

1. Shipping costs are added to the order according to the following criteria (order weight, quantity, and rates set by the carrier), calculated at checkout for each purchase made on our website.

2. All products are shipped via CTT or a similar carrier.

3. Orders are generally dispatched within 48 business hours after being received. Please note that shipments are only processed on business days.

4. Products shipped to mainland Portugal and the Islands are sent via CTT, using the "Normal" or "Express" service, according to that carrier’s rate tables.

5. Products shipped outside Portugal (within and outside the EU) are sent via CTT or a similar carrier, using the "International Normal Mail" "International Express Mail" service, according to that carrier’s rate tables.

6. StarAxe Vault is not responsible for orders/products lost through the shipping methods described in points 4 and 5, nor for delays during shipping caused by the respective carrier.
