What is the delivery time?
We ship your order within 48 business hours after payment confirmation. After that, delivery follows the carrier's (CTT) timelines: usually a few business days for Portugal and Spain, and a little longer for the rest of Europe.
Will the Slab Guard really fit my slab?
Each Slab Guard is designed with a precise, millimeter-accurate fit for PSA, BGS, CGC, or TAG slabs — always choose the version that matches your grading company. If the fit doesn't match what's expected due to a manufacturing defect, contact us and we'll sort out the exchange.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Check the packaging when your order is delivered. If you notice damage caused during shipping, refuse the delivery or report it to the courier right away, and contact us by email with photos. You have 30 days after receipt to report any manufacturing defect.
What's the difference between Standard and Premium?
The Standard version has a TPU body, more flexible and lightweight, ideal for safe everyday storage. The Premium version has a rigid acrylic back panel, with greater stability and a premium finish — ideal for displaying your collection.
