Shipping Policy
DELIVERY AND SHIPPING INFORMATION
- Shipping costs are added to the order according to the following criteria (order weight, quantity, and rates set by the selected carriers) at the end of each purchase made on the website www.staraxevault.com.
2. All products will be shipped via CTT or a similar carrier.
3. Products are generally dispatched within 48 business hours after the order is received. Please note that shipments are only made on business days.
4. Products shipped to mainland Portugal and the islands are sent via CTT, using the "Correio Azul" or "Correio Registado" shipping methods, according to that carrier's rate tables.
5. Products shipped outside Portugal (within the EU and outside the EU) are sent via CTT or a similar carrier, using the "Correio Registado Internacional" shipping method, according to that carrier's rate tables.
6. StarAxe Vault is not responsible for orders/products lost through the shipping methods described in points 4 and 5, nor for any delays during shipping caused by the respective carrier.
